These services may be delivered through offline classes, online platforms, recorded content, digital documents, WhatsApp notifications, and RCS messages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.
5. Eligibility
Users must be legally competent under Indian law. Minors may use our Services only under parental or guardian supervision. By enrolling a minor, the parent or guardian accepts these Terms on behalf of the minor.

- Fee reminders
- Academic announcements
All messaging complies with Meta and telecom regulations. Users may opt out anytime by replying “STOP”.
11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy
Message delivery is subject to telecom operator availability, device compatibility, and Meta/RCS policies. Sandip Science Institute is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages beyond its control.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, logos, text, videos, study materials, and branding belong exclusively to Sandip Science Institute. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
13. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of student data and communications except where disclosure is required by law or permitted under our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee academic results, exam success, or uninterrupted availability.
